What we are
CarSourced Group is a vehicle sourcing service. We find cars on request, we don’t hold stock, and we’re not a dealer. On both tiers, any vehicle purchase is a contract between you and the seller or dealer, not with us. We act as a private facilitator and, on the exclusive tier, a controlled introducer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
No guarantee of availability
We search on your behalf, but we can’t guarantee a matching vehicle exists, remains available, or is offered at the price you expect. Sellers can withdraw a vehicle or change terms at any point before a written agreement is signed.
Fees
Our fee depends on the tier and channel, and is confirmed with you before it applies. Payment for the vehicle itself is always made directly to the seller or dealer, never to us.
Exclusive tier: letter of intent
On the exclusive tier, a signed letter of intent is required before we begin searching, and proof of funds is required before a seller’s file is opened to you. Confidentiality and non-circumvention terms apply where stated: you agree not to approach a seller we’ve introduced you to outside this process.
Your responsibility
Any inspection, authentication, title, legal, tax, finance, or import checks on a vehicle are your responsibility, and your solicitor’s or advisor’s, not ours. We don’t arrange or advise on finance.
Liability
We’re not liable for the condition, history, or title of any vehicle sourced, or for a seller failing to honour agreed terms. Our role ends at introduction and facilitation, the transaction itself is between you and the seller.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
